Strategic and Dual-Sided Installation of Integrated Solar Street Lights
First, determine the width of the road to be installed. This will inform the strategic and dual-sided installation of integrated solar street lights. If the road is 4-5 meters wide, you can install 6-meter-high solar street lights on one side, spaced 15-20 meters apart. You can use 30-60 watt solar street lights with a brightness and luminous efficacy of 110 lumens/watt.

Determine the width of the road
If the road is 4-5 meters wide, you can install 6-meter-high solar street lights on one side, spaced 15-20 meters apart

Ground cage pre-buried parts
The pre-embedded pit for the solar street light should be 500x500x800mm, with the anchor bolts protruding 100mm above the ground (see figure)

Pouring concrete
Use C25 concrete grade and pour concrete. During pouring, the anchor bolts must be parallel to the road surface, and the pouring surface must be flat to prevent the light fixture from tilting. The embedded parts must cure before installing the light pole (approximately 4-6 days).

Start the installation process
Prepare all the tools for installation, including wrenches, nuts, washers, etc., and make sure the solar panel is facing south. The pipe can be erected using a crane, and the flange should be aligned with the pre-embedded piece.
If the road is 8-12 meters wide, you can install integrated solar street lights on both sides at a height of 8-12 meters. You can choose 80, 100, 120, or 150 watts, spaced 20-25 meters apart. This ensures even illumination across the road, eliminating blind spots. Evaluation of the Ground Cage Installation Layout for Strategic and Double-Sided Installation of Integrated Solar Street Lights
1. Select the installation layout based on the road width and lighting requirements:
a. Single-Sided
b. Staggered Double-Sided
c. Symmetrical Double-Sided
Construction of the Ground Cage Embedded Parts for Strategic and Double-Sided Installation of Integrated Solar Street Lights
Casting the Ground Cage Embedded Parts Foundation: The pre-embedded pit for the solar street light should be 500x500x800mm, with the anchor bolts protruding 100mm above the ground (see figure). Use C25 concrete grade and pour concrete. During pouring, the anchor bolts must be parallel to the road surface, and the pouring surface must be flat to prevent the light fixture from tilting. The embedded parts must cure before installing the light pole (approximately 4-6 days). Therefore, the key to choosing strategic and double-sided installation for integrated solar street lights is the road width, ensuring uniform light distribution and moderate brightness.
